Welcome to Chinthurst School

Chinthurst is an independent preparatory school for pupils aged 'rising 3' - 13, and is renowned for its friendly family ethos. Our aim is to provide an all-round education within a happy, purposeful and active school life. At Chinthurst we aim to help, encourage and stimulate all our pupils, both in the classroom and outside. Our extra-curricular programme is extensive and varied in our quest to give all pupils success in different areas, as well as an appreciation of, and consideration for, others' abilities.

We work closely with our parents to establish a strong bond between school and home, and this effective partnership provides children with strong consistent messages. We also understand the demanding needs of working parents and children  can arrive from 07.30am for breakfast club and be collected at 6.00pm
