Pre-Preparatory Reward Schemes

We teach the pupilsto follow a code of behaviour that encourages them to be considerate towards one another, and this code permeates our assemblies and classroom teaching.  Our pupils are awarded badges throughout the year for kindness, good behaviour and academic progress.

Each Class Teacher has her own individual reward scheme to ensure high levels of confidence and self esteem.

Helpers of the Week - Each week, two Remove pupils are chosen as Helpers for the whole Department.  Their photographs are on display in the Entrance Corridor.

The House System - There are three Houses:  Wellington, Nelson and Raleigh. Each pupil is allocated to a House and House Points are awarded daily.

At the end of each term Achievement, Progress and Effort Prizes are awarded.  There is also a formal Prize Giving Ceremony held at the end of each academic year.
