The Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) Reports
The ISI inspects schools according to a standard framework for inspection which it has laid down for the purposes of ensuring that standards are maintained and that the school complies with relevant legal requirements. This framework has been agreed with the Department for Education and they have recognised the ISI as the body responsible for the regular inspection of schools in England which are affiliated to the ISC.
All pupils are encouraged to be ambitious and participate in the wide-ranging opportunities available to them with resilience, confidence and enthusiasm

Inspectors also identified a Significant Strength at the school. Within the ISI framework, this recognition is awarded only in a small minority of inspections, highlighting an aspect of a school’s provision that has an exceptional and meaningful impact on pupils.
The inspection team recognised the outstanding culture of kindness, respect and inclusion that defines daily life at Chinthurst. Pupils demonstrated a strong understanding that people may be different and that everyone should feel valued and included.
