Congratulations to our senior school, Reigate Grammar School (RGS), and our newest addition to the group, RGS Surrey Hills (RGSSH), who celebrated outstanding exam results across both A Level and GCSE qualifications this year.

This summer, RGS students achieved record-breaking results for the second consecutive year.

RGS students are moving on leading institutions including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, UCL, LSE, Durham, and Bristol, across a broad range of disciplines including Economics, Law, Biomedical Sciences, Computer Science, and the Arts.

At our new partner school, RGS Surrey Hills, students also achieved impressive A Level and International Baccalaureate (IB) results, significantly exceeding global averages. Leavers from RGSSH are progressing to top destinations including Durham University and King's College London, as well as specialist pathways such as motorsport engineering in Oxford and computer games animation in Germany.

Both senior schools also celebrated their best ever GCSE results over the summer. RGS Surrey celebrated particular success in Geography, History, French and Computer Science. These outcomes reflect the transformative impact of dedicated teaching and revitalised learning, showing how a small, close-knit school can deliver truly outstanding results.

RGS Headmaster, Shaun Fenton, said: “I am so pleased for our students and their success, but even more proud of the young people they have become – kind, compassionate and outward-looking. They have given thousands of hours in service and charitable work, excelled in music, drama and sport, and developed the leadership skills and values to make a difference in the world. They are true global citizens, and we could not be prouder.”

These achievements are a true reflection of the commitment of the students, the encouragement of their families, and the dedication of the staff - a real celebration for the whole RGS community.
