Charity & Fundraising

On Wednesday 15 October, Chinthurst came together for a creative charity fundraiser in support of the Children's Trust.

Pegasus led a fantastic charity fundraiser where each child brought in at least two £1 coins to create the longest coin trail they can! The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as children worked in teams, measuring coins with precision (and plenty of friendly competition along the way!).

We kicked off the morning with a touching assembly led by The Children's Trust, who shared inspiring stories about their work supporting children with brain injuries. Then came the much-anticipated fundraising event! Year groups took to the challenge enthusiastically and our amazing House Captains carefully measured each one, down to the nearest millimetre, before announcing the winners. Congratulations to Year 6 for building the longest trail and raising the most money!

Thanks to everyone's generosity and support, we raised over £850! This money will go directly to The Children's Trust to help children facing brain injury. Together, we truly make a difference – one coin at a time!
