Headteacher's Roundup 26 April 2019

I do hope you all enjoyed the Easter break, the children have returned fully energised and ready for this busy summer term.  We have so many events to look forward to; the senior play, residential trips, sports day, the summer fayre, Prize Giving, the CPA Ball, Grandparents Day and the Leavers Service to name but a few!
I have thoroughly enjoyed watching the girls this week during their first ever cricket training sessions and look forward to seeing their skills develop over this season.  Listening to the whack of the cricket ball hitting the bat always makes me feel that summer has well and truly arrived.
This morning’s Church assembly was led by Mrs Lyth, who as always gave a wonderful and meaningful talk on new life and resurrection using real chicks to emphasise her message. Please remember that you are most welcome to join us on a Friday morning for our weekly service.
